Where do I send my application?
The application can be submitted digitally on the Bavarian Jazzweekend website here
Who decides on the programme selection?
A 5-member board of trustees decides on the programme and selects the bands from the applications received. The artistic director defines the programme and distribution to the individual venues in consultation with the organiser.
When will I be informed whether the curatorship has been able to consider my application?
The selection from the applications received will be completed in February 2023.
By when will I know my exact performance date and venue?
The final programme will be compiled by April 2023.
How long can I apply?
The deadline for applications is December 18, 2022.
What fees will be paid?
Performing bands will receive EUR 100.00 per musician as well as appropriate catering at the venue.
